Shipping Information 

We partner with FedEx to ensure reliable shipping. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, after which you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, as we optimize delivery speed by shipping from a warehouse nearest to your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Notification and Receipt

Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk. LTL freight deliveries may also require a signature. Note that person signing must be 18 or older.

Items Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not yet received your order, please contact us.  We will expedite the resolution process upon review.

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To facilitate a swift resolution, you will need to provide photos of the damaged product and retain all original packaging.
