Warranty Terms

Coverage:

Binary Star warrants that its running boards are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.

What is Covered (Warranty Claims):

• Premature corrosion or rusting
• Cracking or breaking of materials under normal use
• Failure of welding points
• Peeling or excessive fading of the finish
• Product defects caused by logistics issues

What is Not Covered:

• Improper installation or installation not according to instructions
• Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect (including off-road or competitive use)
• Subjective reasons, including but not limited to: buyer's remorse, ordering the incorrect model, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic appearance once installed.

Return Process:

For valid warranty claims, [Your Brand Name] will cover all costs associated with the return, exchange, and shipping of replacement parts.

For returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., wrong order, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate any return.
